We are thrilled to welcome Biola's undergrad and graduate students back to campus for this academic year. Studying, seeking internships, holding down jobs, figuring out future careers, caring for families, following God, and discovering yourself in a post-pandemic world brings a host of challenges. The Biola Counseling Center supports the mental health and well-being of our Biola Community through a variety of services.
An interactive workshop where you can gain a fresh perspective on struggles and build your capacity to manage stress and make positive changes. T.E. is available at no cost to all Biola students.
Brief, problem-solving conversations where a therapist will listen, provide support, offer resources, and help brainstorm solutions. Drop-In is available at no cost to all Biola students.
Healthy connections are critical. Students can explore life and address challenges together with others who share their same concerns in confidential, supportive small groups. Most groups cost only $5.00 per session! Brief individual therapy is also available for students.
Equip yourself with tools to take charge of your mental health and wellness.
