To receive more information or to begin the intake process, please contact our office at (562) 903-4800. Our office staff will request basic information, provide details about your next steps, and assist you in creating an account in our secure client portal. Once you have completed the intake process, your assigned therapist will contact you within 5 to 7 business days to schedule an initial appointment.

Our office staff does not bill insurance. Therefore, it is typically the client's responsibility to remit payment to Biola Counseling Center at the time services are received and to personally arrange reimbursement through their insurance provider.

Regarding the treatment of minors, if parents are legally separated or divorced, or if the child/adolescent has a legal guardian, documentation clarifying your right to authorize psychological treatment must be submitted before the intake process can begin.
