Services

Coping Essentials (CE)

An interactive workshop where you will gain a fresh perspective on day-to-day struggles and build your capacity to manage stress and difficult emotions. CE is available at no cost to all Biola students.

Drop-In Consultation

Brief, problem-solving conversations where a therapist will listen, provide support, offer resources, and help brainstorm solutions. Drop-In is available at no cost to all Biola students.

Group & Individual Therapy

Healthy connections are critical. Students can explore life and address challenges together with others who share their same concerns in confidential, supportive small groups. Most groups cost only $20.00 per semester! Brief individual therapy is also available for full and part-time students at $20.00 per session.
